Your Right to Return
- 14-Day Withdrawal: You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without stating a reason (T&Cs 3.2).
- Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with tags intact (T&Cs 10.3).
Exceptions:
- Sealed cosmetics (e.g., AmidoMio products) cannot be returned if opened due to health/hygiene, unless defective (T&Cs 10.3).
- Custom-made or perishable goods are non-returnable (T&Cs 3.3, 10.16).
How to Return
- Contact us at info@baboo.baby with your order number and reason (T&Cs 10.2).
- Receive return instructions and complete the return form.
- Ship items within 14 days of notification using a tracked service (T&Cs 10.5, 10.9).
Return Shipping
- Your Cost: You cover return shipping for non-defective items (T&Cs 10.5, 10.11).
- Our Cost: We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Paysera) within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return (T&Cs 10.7).
- Defective Items: Full refund, including delivery costs, within 5 days of return (T&Cs 10.6).
- Non-Defective Items: Refund excludes delivery fees (T&Cs 10.7).
- Non-Compliant Returns: May be rejected (T&Cs 10.8).
Defective or Damaged Goods
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery (T&Cs 8.6, 8.8).
- We offer a 2-year legal guarantee for replacement or refund (T&Cs 9.4).
