
1. Bib’s diameter – Z
Stand straight with good posture. Locate your natural waistline, halfway between the lowest rib you can feel and the top, outer edge of your hip bone. A helpful trick: tilt your body to one side; where it creases is your waist. Wrap a measuring tape around this point, keeping it parallel to the floor, and take the measurement without pulling too tight.
2. Measure your hips
Stand with feet together and relaxed. Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, typically 18-23 cm below your waist. Ensure the tape is level and snug, but not compressing the skin, for an accurate measurement.
