Usage Instructions:

1. Label the Bag: Write down useful information such as the date and time on the bag.
2. Open the Bag: Tear off the strip at the marked place above the double compressible part of the bag.
3. Prepare the Bag: Spread the bottom of the bag for a stable self-stand. Ensure the bag remains sterile by avoiding contact with the inside.
4. Pour the Milk: Pour milk into the bag, up to a maximum of 250 ml. Allow excess air to escape and seal the bag tightly.
5. Store the Bag: Place the breast milk bag in the fridge or freezer. Storage guidelines are provided on the packaging.

Defrosting Instructions:

1. Thaw the Milk: Transfer the frozen milk from the freezer to the fridge to thaw.
2. Warm the Milk: Warm the milk to about 37°C by immersing the bag in warm water.
3. Transfer to Bottle: Cut the funnel of the bag at the marked place and pour the milk into a sterile feeding bottle. Always check the temperature of the milk before feeding.
