1.1. While we appreciate and review every application, the final decision on eligibility and inclusion in the program rests solely with the Baboo selection team. Our team uses a combination of criteria to evaluate each applicant, ensuring the best fit for both the brand and the influencer. Not all applicants will be selected, and Baboo reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion without the need for further justification.

2.1. Upon receiving the Baboo product pack, each ambassador agrees to the following content creation obligations on Instagram:

Frequency of Content: Ambassadors are required to produce a minimum of two (2) pieces of content every week.

Content Type: At least one (1) piece of content every two weeks must be in the form of an Instagram post. The remaining content can be in the format the ambassador prefers, whether posts, stories, reels, or videos.

Also, once a month UAB Sentija can organize a “takeover” of the Baboo® Instagram account, when the ambassador shares stories from his daily life through Baboo® Instagram account for one (1) day. By prior agreement, this activity will be carried out by the ambassador, regardless of the amount of content already made.

Tagging Requirement: In every piece of content, whether a post or story, ambassadors must tag @baboo_lietuva to ensure proper recognition and engagement. In addition to baboo_lietuva tag - it must include following hashtags #baboo #baboomama #baboolietuva

Failure to adhere to these content production requirements may result in a review of the ambassador's partnership status with Baboo.

3.1. After the completed form and additional confirmation via Instagram account and email, you become a Baboo® brand ambassador. The partnership period is valid for 6 months from the date of approval. After 6 months, the partnership can be extended.

Both parties including UAB Sentija and the ambassador, can terminate cooperation anytime, which ceases to be valid from the next calendar day.

4.1. Ambassador code validity start date initiates immediately after the code is issued to the ambassador. Ambassador code validity end date is not set and UAB Sentija reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.

5.1. Ambassador code can be used by the same customer as many times as wanted. Ambassador code cannot be joined with another promotional code. There is no minimal purchase required for the code to be applicable. Code only applies if purchases are made via baboo.baby website.

6.1. Ambassador code can be used in baboo.baby Baltic Store only (Lithuania, Latvia, Ryga).

7.1. Ambassador code grants 10% off the total basket amount, excluding shipping charges and discounted products.

8.1. Ambassador code will not combine with any other offer available on baboo.baby websites.

9.1. Canceled Orders: Commissions will not be disbursed for orders that have been canceled, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

Returned Orders: In the event that a product is returned by a customer, no commissions will be paid out to the influencer for that specific sale. The only exception to this rule is if the order is returned due to a technical issue originating from our end. In such cases, the influencer's commission will remain unaffected.

10.1. Unauthorized Distribution: Distributing, selling, or otherwise providing the promotional code to third-party entities or individuals without Baboo's explicit permission is strictly prohibited. The code is intended for the influencer's audience only.

False Advertising: Misrepresenting the brand or using the promotional code in any form of deceptive or misleading advertising is not allowed. This includes making false claims about Baboo products or exaggerating the benefits of the promotional code.

Unauthorized Platforms: Using or promoting the promotional code on platforms or channels not previously approved by Baboo is forbidden.

Tampering: Modifying, altering, or tampering with the promotional code in any way to change its functionality or intent is not permitted.

Consequences of Misuse: Any misuse of the promotional code, as determined by Baboo at its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of the influencer's partnership agreement. Additionally, any commissions or payments due may be withheld or reclaimed. Baboo also reserves the right to pursue legal action against any severe violations.

Notification of Misuse: If an influencer becomes aware of any unauthorized or improper use of their promotional code by third parties, they are required to notify Baboo immediately.

11.1. Right to Modify: Baboo reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, or any other elements related to the promotional code at any time. This includes but is not limited to changes in the discount amount, validity period, and products or services to which the code can be applied. Influencers will be notified of any significant modifications.

Right to Terminate: Baboo retains the exclusive right to terminate the promotional code offer at any given time. This may become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or situations that render the continuation of the promotion unviable or undesirable.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Should external factors, beyond Baboo's control, compromise the integrity or feasibility of the promotional code offer, Baboo might opt to modify or terminate the promotion. Such factors could include but are not limited to technical issues, fraudulent activities, or changes in market conditions.

Notification: In the event of any modification or termination, Baboo will make reasonable efforts to notify the influencer in advance, allowing them to adjust their promotional strategies accordingly. However, immediate changes may occur without prior notice in exceptional cases.

No Liability: Termination or modification of the promotional code will not entitle influencers or their audience to any claims or compensations against Baboo.

12.1. Baboo is not liable for:

Unauthorized use or distribution of promotional codes.

Typographical errors in promotional materials associated with the code.

Technical malfunctions or issues that might hinder the redemption of the promotional code.
