RETURNS & REFUNDS REQUEST FORM

Please Note:

After receiving and checking returned goods, the money will be transferred to the Buyers specified account within 14 working days. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:

- the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging;
- the goods or packaging must be undamaged by the Buyer;
- the product must be in its original shape with correct commercial appearance (undamaged labels, with protective stickers etc.);
- returned goods must have the same set as received by the Buyer;
- when returning the goods, it is necessary to present the proof of purchase (payment); warranty card (if it was issued separately);
- when returning the goods, return document has to be completed;
- shipping fee is non-refundable;

- Buyer must send the goods by registered mail and / or with a parcel delivery company. - Buyer must send the goods to: UAB „Sentija“ , Smėlio g. 10 , Vilnius, Lietuva , LT-10324
